Sorry this took so long to reply. To add to the Google Calendar, I can give you access by adding permission to the TitW calendar and sending you a confirmation email. If you could send me a reply on others with TitW who you feel should have access to posting to the calendar, let me know and I will give others permission.

For you visual learns, the following link will demonstrate how to set up and use Google calendars: http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/watch/ciiqhgOB In order to add to the TitW Calendar, you will need permission from those that have permission to manage contacts. Once we get up to speed you will know if you have this permission. For now, I can set things up for you. Email me at: titw.admin@gmail.com Those of you who already have permission should be able to see everyone given permission. We need to monitor this both for giving permission to everyone who needs it, and to remove someone if it is being abused. ps.
